Some medicines may show "Price on Request" due to market fluctuations or special order requirements.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is due at the time of order (for pickup) or upon delivery (COD).

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Store Pickup: You may collect your order from our store during business hours (24/7). Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within a limited radius. Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

7. Prescription Requirements

Certain medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. By ordering such medicines, you confirm that you possess a valid prescription and will present it at the time of pickup/delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The expiry date has passed
